Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee, coordinate, and drive operational excellence across our South regional field operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery. This role demands strong people management capabilities, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to managing performance, risks, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate regional operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive field teams to meet assigned performance and service delivery targets.
- Plan and expand assessment-compatible infrastructure (Nodes) across the region.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, clients, and vendors.
- Conduct client/partner meetings and presentations, representing the organization professionally.
- Monitor and manage regional operational costs in line with budgets.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure policy compliance and adherence to regulatory and contractual frameworks.
- Lead risk management and mitigation strategies for all services within the region.
- Provide support in resolving technical or operational issues on the ground.
- Maintain close coordination with delivery, sales, administration, and cross-functional teams.
- Attend and represent the company at regional events, conferences, and meetings.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Manage external agencies, including legal coordination when required.
- Handle crowd management and operational execution at scale.
- Working knowledge or understanding of Local Area Networking (LAN) is a plus.
Requirements:
- 1012 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, or Service Delivery.
- At least 5 years of hands-on field operations experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, lead from the front, and handle field challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in Telugu will be considered an added advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
- Energetic, self-driven, quick learner with a pleasant and proactive personality.
