Eligibility:

Employeeswho arecurrently working as Branch Manager/AMIC in the grade of Asst Manager IIand abovewith experience of 3 years and above in Muthoot Group.

Required good Computer knowledge, excel, presentation skills, etc.

PSC should be 50% and above

There should not be any Major disciplinary issues

Indebtedness should be less than 70%

The candidate should possess good communication skills in the local languages & English

Job Description:

Resolution of Gold / Account audit irregularities.

Ensure resoulution of Customer queries and complaints within timelines

Ensure timely updating of the legal matters in the Legal Software and seek guidance from legal teams in ZO/HO

Timely reporting of police seizure cases to the legal team in HO and follow up for approval to hand over the gold to police

Timely attending the court hearings by liaising with advocates

To ensure that all the Branches comply with daily EOD, Charge taking and handover during transfer /resignation/leave. (HOTO Process)
