Position Summary
Responsible for the overall operations of offices within the assigned region, formulating strategic development goals for regional offices, and exercising leadership, direction, supervision, and management over regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop operational policies and regulations for regional offices systematically plan annual operations and establish standardized workflows and procedures. Supervise implementation upon approval by the President, Board of Directors, and CEO.
Organize and lead teams in providing data support and specialized research reports for major decision-making matters, and regularly submit operational analysis and business forecast reports to the company.
Coordinate and manage collaboration among offices and departments within the region to ensure stable and efficient operations. Identify and correct operational issues in a timely manner and escalate major issues to the President and senior management when necessary.
Lead team management and organizational development for the assigned offices, including the selection of middle and senior management personnel, target-based management, incentive management, talent cultivation, and succession planning.
Organize the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and detailed assessment guidelines for regional offices.
Oversee and lead business activities within the assigned offices to establish and maintain a positive corporate image.
Promote effective internal communication channels and foster a company culture that is aligned with the company values and mission.
Collaborate with the Training Department to implement professional and management training programs for staff within the region.
Maintain close communication with the President and CEO, providing regular updates on operational performance, financial status, departmental structure, and personnel deployment.
Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
