- Lead regional innovation processes to accelerate growth and market capitalization.
Market Insights & Innovation
- Conduct deep-dive market assessments to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
- Translate market insights into actionable partnership strategies and internal innovation projects.
- Evaluate internal capabilities and external technologies (ingredients, delivery systems) to deliver differentiated solutions.
- Build robust business cases and commercialization pathways to capture maximum value.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead marketing activities across sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure alignment and impactful growth.
- Establish clear marketing protocols and foster a culture of market-driven decision-making.
- Represent the organization at key industry trade shows and global events.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Chemistry (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in strategic marketing, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Sector Expertise: Deep experience within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharma and nutra value chains, regulatory frameworks, and innovation ecosystems.
- Analytical Skills: High financial acumen with experience building ROI models and business cases.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional, global teams.
