Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager drives regional pipeline growth, brand presence, and go-to-market execution by translating global marketing strategy into high-impact, region-specific programs aligned with sales priorities.
This role partners closely with regional sales leadership to generate demand, accelerate deals, and strengthen brand relevance across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Regional GTM & Demand Generation
- Own and execute the regional marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
- Localize global positioning and messaging into regionally relevant campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand programs including ABM, field marketing, events, and partner marketing initiatives
- Drive pipeline creation across mid-market and enterprise segments
Sales Alignment & Revenue Support
- Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership
- Align on target account prioritization, ICP focus, and quarterly GTM plans
- Enable sales teams with regional messaging, case studies, proof points, and sales assets
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Design and execute ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts
- Define target account lists in collaboration with sales
- Orchestrate multi-channel ABM programs across email, LinkedIn, events, and executive initiatives
- Support deal acceleration through tailored account-level marketing
Events & Field Marketing
- Own and execute the regional field marketing strategy
- Plan and manage industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer events, and roadshows
- Ensure events drive pipeline creation and deal progression
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Support partner-led demand generation initiatives
- Run joint campaigns, co-marketing programs, and partner events
- Enable partner-sourced pipeline while ensuring consistent messaging
Regional Brand & Market Presence
- Act as brand custodian for the region
- Ensure consistency across events, digital channels, PR, and content
- Build regional thought leadership through media engagement and customer advocacy
Budget & Performance Management
- Own regional marketing budget and ROI tracking
- Manage agencies and vendors
- Track pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
- Provide performance updates to regional and global stakeholders
