We are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated India Marketing Manager, to join us on our journey in advancing India brand visibility, generating demand and building engagement. Drive business outcomes, elevate our brand equity to the next level, and evolve our narrative and storytelling to mirror HCLTech's accelerated growth while pushing the boundary to build best in class positioning platforms
Your Role & Responsibilities
- India Marketing Manager will be responsible for building mind share in India to ensure that we have a differentiated positioning and messaging in the market. Build visibility amongst B2B target audience of CXO level Key Decision Makers
- Build campaigns to influence perception and create a differentiated positioning as a leading provider of next-gen technology services, solutions and software – across Cloud, Engineering, Digital, AI.
- Serve as brand custodian ensuring great consistent brand experience
- Manage strategic relationships with global marketing, media, creative and other partners.
- Develop and execute GTM plans, campaigns and initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Full Funnel campaign plan, execution, and optimization across digital, events, email, and other channels to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline. Drive impact on the customer lifecycle across sales enablement touchpoint campaigns and create avenues for differentiated engagement leading to stronger relationships
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track AI industry trends, analyze analyst reports, and perform competitive analysis to inform GTM strategy, positioning
- Performance Measurement & Analytics: Measure and report on marketing and GTM program performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and own the ABM strategy for strategic accounts, leveraging 1:1 and 1:few programs to maximize engagement and influence.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or leading IT companies. Masters in marketing/ advertising/ journalism/ mass com disciplines
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights to drive strategy.
- Expertise in positioning, messaging and value proposition development.
- Fluent verbal and excellent written communication and the ability to express complex ideas through visuals is a must
- Appreciation and inclination towards concepts in the field of brand, marketing, digital media, content
- Capacity to multi-task across key time sensitive, high-pressure projects across diverse domains
- Understanding of the enterprise Information Technology services market and exposure to online marketing concepts.
- Ability to track and measure marketing success metrics, including impact on pipeline, revenue, and GTM ROI.
