Job Description

Job Purpose

Drive & execute regional marketing strategy in Europe, UK and SAARC but not limited to for VIDA driving brand visibility, demand generation & market penetration across by aligning consumer insights, product positioning, distributor/dealer marketing & activations programs to achieve business growth objectives.

Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy for VIDA across Europe, the UK, and SAARC, among other regions. The goal is to boost brand visibility, stimulate demand generation, and enhance market penetration. This will be achieved by aligning consumer insights, product positioning, and distributor/dealer marketing and activation programs to meet overall business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy & Planning: Translate the VIDA brand strategy into region-specific marketing plans, identifying priority micro markets, and defining quarterly calendars aligned with sales targets.
  • Demand Generation & Activation: Plan and execute local campaigns, events, and experimental marketing initiatives to drive retail footfall, test rides, and booking conversions. Track lead quality, conversion ratios, and ROI of activation programs.
  • Distributor/Dealer Enablement: Develop and deploy localized marketing toolkits and guidelines, ensuring complete brand consistency across all retail touchpoints in the region.
  • Brand Building & Communication: Execute regional communication plans across ATL, BTL, and digital channels, and localize brand messaging while maintaining VIDA's core positioning.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing KPIs (reach, leads, conversion, and ROI), manage regional market budgets, and prepare periodic reports for central stakeholders.
  • Operating Network: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance, and manage external partners like advertising and media agencies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Academic: BBA/MBA (Marketing).
  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry with exposure to Global business or an agency environment.
  • Technical Skills: Cross-Functional Team Management, Interface Management, Stakeholder Management, Analytical skills, and a strong Understanding of the motorcycle industry.
  • Behavioral Skills: Good Communication skills, Leadership Skills, Goal-Oriented, and Customer understanding.
