Our client, a reputed Transformer MNC, is looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing based in Tamil Nadu!
Requirements: B.E / B.Tech – Electrical or equivalent 10–15 years of progressive sales experience in the Transformer industry Strong in Business Development, Client Acquisition & Networking Proficient in MS Office, ERP/SAP & data analysis Excellent English communication skills (Tamil proficiency an advantage) Willingness to travel extensively & on short notice
Key Responsibilities: Market scanning & competitor mapping Build & nurture strong client relationships Generate leads & achieve sales targets Develop brand awareness & identify new business opportunities Coordinate with internal teams on specs, quality & timelines Payment follow-up & MIS/weekly/monthly reporting
