Regional Manager-Student Recruitment(Australian University )-Chennai and Pune

About the Role--The primary purpose of this role is to drive student enrolments, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement across institutions, schools, and recruitment partners within the assigned region

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs) Student Recruitment & Business Growth

Responsibilities

• Achieve enrolment targets across Institutional, School, and Agent channels within the assigned region.
• Drive regional contributions through targeted recruitment and business development initiatives.
• Support conversion activities through counselling sessions, webinars, AMA sessions, UC follow-ups, and engagement campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, academic institutions, and strategic stakeholders.
• Assist in the execution of agent engagement initiatives and agent-led recruitment activities across the assigned region.
• Ensure achievement of application, offer, conversion, and enrolment targets.
• Maintain high academic quality and application standards to support sustainable enrolment growth.
• Monitor and reduce Visa Refusals, GS Rejections, and Student Discontinuations through proactive counselling, application review, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in international education, overseas student recruitment, admissions, or education business development.
• Understanding of international admissions processes, student recruitment channels, and visa-related requirements.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to achieve business targets and improve student conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and performance tracking.

Salary-18-20 Lacs PA
