Job Summary:

As a Regional Manager you are responsible for growing and maintaining reliable service delivery of your cities. You are the micro-CEO for your markets and are involved in building both the supply as well as the demand sides of the market with a strong focus on ensuring order fulfillment and a good experience for both the customer and the riders. You should be excited to identify key marketplace problems and collaborate effectively with supply, product, marketing and other supporting functions to drive growth in your cities. You are expected to have a balance between tactics and long-term sustainable initiatives and have good leadership skills so as to keep your team motivated, guide them along and deliver results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Owning and delivering the aggressive revenue [P&L] and ride [Growth] targets
  • Develop in-depth product and market understanding to identify the right target segments.
  • Assess business requirements and recommend product improvements to help increase market penetration.
  • Build, nurture and grow a vibrant team - provide guidance and mentorship to develop your team members into future leaders.
  • Improvise customer pricing, discounting strategy, partner incentivization using sound analytical ideas and smart market [competitor] assessment.
  • Conduct periodic review of the team performance, metrics and trends to identify and implement appropriate interventions in line with Rapido values, processes and business practices.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the technical and product team to solve bugs or introduce new features which could improve a seamless driver partner experience.
  • Work closely with the central Operations team to solve for geographical or product level changes in the product/processes to improve customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 - 5 years overall experience
  • Operations / relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent project and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical bent of mind and data backed decision making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines.
  • Passionate, result-oriented with strong bias for action
