Job Description

Company – SMIFS Limited

Position- Regional Manager| B2B Business

Location - All major cities, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, New Delhi, Kolkata, Siliguri, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Ranchi, Indore.

Job Responsibilities

Business Development & Partner Acquisition

  • Acquire and onboard new business partners / channel partners to expand distribution network
  • Drive franchise / partner expansion across assigned geographies
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities to increase business volumes

Partner Management & Relationship Building

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure sustained business growth
  • Act as the single point of contact for partners for business, training, and support
  • Resolve partner concerns and ensure long-term engagement and loyalty

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales of equity, wealth, and investment products through partner channels
  • Support partners in achieving revenue targets and increasing asset under management
  • Monitor business performance and implement corrective strategies where required

Training & Capability Building

  • Conduct regular training programs, seminars, and workshops for partners
  • Enable partners with product knowledge, sales strategies, and market insights
  • Support partners with sales pitches, presentations, and client acquisition strategies

Team & Process Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing of partners
  • Assist in recruitment and mentoring of sales or acquisition team members (if applicable)
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, compliance guidelines, and reporting standards.

Experience & Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM with 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Graduates with 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong background in B2B / Partner / Franchise channel management

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in handling B2B distribution / partner channels
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, wealth management & financial products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Market knowledge of broking, investment, and allied financial products
  • Ability to drive expansion in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
  • Team handling and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Strong presentation and training capabilities
