Job Description: Regional Manager - Offline SIP (Individual Contributor)

Role Overview: The Regional Manager (RM) for Offline School Integrated Programs (SIP) is a key individual contributor role responsible for driving significant revenue growth through strategic B2B consultative sales to CBSE schools. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep relationships and exceptional selling skills to deliver substantial results in Offline SIP offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue and Sales Excellence:

o Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets through strategic customer acquisition.

o Demonstrate exceptional consultative selling skills to drive high-value B2B engagements and close complex deals.

o Maintain meticulous oversight of sales pipelines, ensuring healthy funnel management and accurate forecasting.

2. Strategic Business Development:

o Leverage robust networks and deep connections in CBSE schools to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline.

o Proactively identify and secure strategic opportunities by understanding schools unique needs and aligning Infinity Learn's solutions to address them effectively.

3. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and nurture high-level relationships with key decision-makers such as Principals, Owners, Directors, and Trust Members.

o Ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through proactive account management and regular engagement.

4. Revenue Collection and Financial Accountability:

o Ensure prompt and complete collections from all acquired accounts.

o Proactively manage accounts to minimize outstanding receivables and ensure compliance with payment terms.

5. Cross-functional Coordination:

o Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (academic, operations, marketing) to deliver seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

6. Reporting and Compliance:

o Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and customer insights using CRM.

o Provide regular, detailed reports on revenue progress, sales activities, and market intelligence.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience specifically in Offline SIP products sold directly to schools.

• Proven track record in successfully selling SIP products from reputable brands in the test preparation industry.

• Strong existing relationships within CBSE schools currently running or planning to implement SIPs. Skills & Traits:

• Exceptional B2B consultative selling skills with a strong focus on excellence and measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to strategically plan, negotiate, and close complex deals.

• Highly results-oriented, driven by revenue and customer success metrics.

• Superior communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with extensive travel and direct customer interactions.

Compensation:
