Main Duties/Scope of the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Oversight:
Directly oversee and manage Branch Managers across multiple states, ensuring strong leadership, performance accountability, and operational alignment.
Counselor Development:
Drive the growth and performance of Counselors and Senior Counselors by setting clear targets and aligning individual objectives with broader business goals.
Training & Capability Building:
Lead training and development initiatives for Branch Managers and counseling staff, equipping them with skills and tools for improved effectiveness.
Performance Management:
Implement robust performance tracking systems, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions to maintain high standards and meet defined targets.
Performance Improvement Planning:
Design and execute tailored improvement plans to address performance gaps and support the ongoing development of team members.
Quality Control & Standards Management:
Establish and maintain regional quality standards, monitoring adherence and implementing improvements for consistent service excellence.
Branch Launch & Integration:
Lead the planning, setup, and seamless integration of new branches into the company's operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Sales Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies to meet or exceed regional and organizational sales objectives.
Team Motivation & Support:
Provide consistent support and motivation to Branch Managers and their teams, cultivating a high-performance culture.
Activity Supervision & Reporting:
Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly activities of Branch Managers, generating performance reports and providing actionable insights.
Business Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare comprehensive quarterly and annual reports, including financial and operational analyses to inform strategic decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments to enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and ensure regional effectiveness.
Institutional Engagement:
Engage with schools and colleges for session scheduling and empanelment to strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.
Digital Presence Management:
Oversee updates to the website and leverage digital marketing tools to improve the organization's online visibility.
Sales & Marketing Oversight:
Supervise regional sales, marketing, and business development efforts to align with strategic objectives and drive growth.
Financial Ownership:
Take full responsibility for regional profit and loss, ensuring fiscal health and achieving revenue goals across all branches.
Revenue Generation:
Lead revenue-generating initiatives across branches to consistently meet or surpass financial targets.
Talent Management & Retention:
Focus on building, training, motivating, and retaining a high-caliber workforce committed to achieving business outcomes.
