Job Description

About Sprih:

Sprih is a U.S.-headquartered, VC-backed climate-tech company operating globally, building next-generation sustainability intelligence infrastructure for enterprises. Positioned among leading international climate-tech innovators, Sprih partners with large organisations to transform climate compliance into a strategic advantage.

Our unified platform enables:
  • Enterprises manage and track their sustainability journey
  • Supply chain emissions and risk management
  • Regulatory and compliance reporting
  • Target setting and decarbonisation planning
  • Driving action through Ecosystem partner collaboration

We work with ambitious companies that are serious about long-term sustainability, risk resilience, and operational transformation.

If you're excited about building and leading in climate tech and selling meaningful, strategic solutions into enterprise markets – this role is for you.

Why this role exists:

The sustainability market is evolving rapidly – driven by regulations, global supply chain pressure, and investor scrutiny. However, enterprise sales cycles are long, consultant-driven, and relationship-intensive.

We are looking for a Regional Manager – Sales to:

  • Own the revenue number for India, Middle East and APAC
  • Lead and scale the India and APAC sales team
  • Build a predictable, repeatable enterprise pipeline across the three regions
  • Position Sprih as a premium, long-term sustainability infrastructure partner
  • Drive supply chain product adoption alongside enterprise reporting modules

This role is not about transactional selling. It is about building a sales engine – the people, the process and the discipline – that delivers durable revenue pipelines in complex enterprise buying cycles.

What will you own:
1. Revenue Ownership & Accountability
  • Full accountability for revenue targets across India, Middle East and APAC
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets; own regional revenue outcomes, not just activity
  • Close deals across large and mid-cap accounts, personally leading strategic and C-suite deals
  • Build and maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage; drive structured proposals and disciplined forecasting
  • Allocate resources and targets across regions and team members to maximise revenue

2. Sales Team Leadership & Management
  • Manage the India and APAC sales and BDR team, including their KPIs and day-to-day activities
  • Set clear activity, pipeline and revenue KPIs; review them on a regular cadence
  • Run weekly pipeline and deal reviews; coach the team on qualification, discovery, negotiation and closing
  • Recruit, onboard, develop and retain high-performing sales talent; manage performance and succession
  • Apply a structured qualification methodology consistently across the team
  • Build sales playbooks, outreach cadences and enablement material with Marketing and Product

3. Predictable & Repeatable Revenue Pipeline
  • Tiered account segmentation: classify target accounts into tiers by fit, size and potential, with defined engagement models per tier
  • Regional prioritisation: focus effort and team capacity on the markets, segments and regulations with highest near-term return across India, Middle East and APAC
  • Deal potential visibility: maintain clear, current visibility of deal size, stage, stakeholders and likelihood across the pipeline
  • Rigorous forecasting discipline: commit / best-case / pipeline categories, with weekly and monthly forecast accuracy tracking
  • Define stage-exit criteria and enforce CRM hygiene so forecasts are data-driven and trusted
  • Track pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity and win/loss patterns; act on the insights
  • Build and scale a repeatable outbound motion for new regions and segments

4. Governance & Business Reviews
  • Drive monthly business reviews with the Global Sales Head: target alignment, performance against plan, forecast, risks and support needed
  • Translate global targets into regional, team and individual quotas and track delivery
  • Report regional performance, pipeline health and market trends to leadership

5. Enterprise Hunting (Top 200 Focus)
  • Build and manage a target list of high-potential enterprises
  • Identify and engage:
  • Sustainability leaders
  • CFO/Finance teams
  • Procurement & supply-chain heads
  • Multi-thread accounts and drive conversations at decision-maker level
  • Maintain long-term engagement cadence even through slow cycles

6. Consultant & Partner Ecosystem
  • Build relationships with sustainability consultants and position Sprih as an enablement platform for delivery teams
  • Explore opportunities to co-create proposals and joint pitches
  • Generate partner-led pipeline and revenue stream

7. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
  • Keep track of competitor landscape, positioning and activity
  • Capture and report market insights to product and leadership teams
  • Identify recurring objections and buying patterns
  • Work closely with leadership on GTM planning and contribute to strategy refinement

Who you are:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years leading a sales team
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets as a sales leader
  • Proven ability to hire, coach and develop sales teams, including early-career BDEs and enterprise AEs
  • Experience selling into sustainability, finance, supply chain, or compliance functions preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of selling in India, the Middle East and/or APAC; experience taking a product into emerging markets is a plus
  • Experience with structured qualification frameworks and CRM / sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical mindset: pipeline analytics, forecasting and data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex stakeholders
  • Strong commercial judgment and negotiation ability
  • Ability to say No to non-relevant leads and disqualify accounts quickly
  • High ownership mindset and accountability
  • Strong team-building, leadership, and people skills

What we're looking for:
  • Ability to sell consultatively, building long-term trust and relationships
  • Confidence and experience in engaging C-suite and senior leadership, including CFOs and finance leaders
  • Executive presence, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Clear understanding and temperament for enterprise buying processes
  • Ability to say no to low-quality deals and prompt disqualification
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment, with a player-coach approach

Why join Sprih:
  • Be part of a fast-growing climate tech company solving real global challenges
  • Work directly with founders and leadership
  • Build in a market with regulatory tailwinds
  • Shape how large enterprises manage sustainability and supply chain risk
  • Build and own a regional sales organisation, with high ownership and growth potential

We believe in ownership, curiosity, and long-term thinking.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to speak.
