We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – West to drive sales growth, channel development, and key account management across the western region. The candidate will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets for technology products such as 3D printers, scanners, and additive manufacturing solutions from brands like Formlabs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the Western region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and expand channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing, R&D labs, automotive, aerospace, and education sectors.
- Handle key enterprise and institutional customers.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Manage and mentor the regional sales team.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and service teams to support customers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regional performance analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales experience in technology/ industrial equipment.
- Experience selling 3D printing, scanning, CAD/CAM, or advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing channel partners and distributors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing.
- MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
- Experience working with industrial technology brands like Formlabs or similar additive manufacturing companies.
- Strong network within manufacturing, prototyping, automotive, and R&D sectors.
