Salary up to 6.50 LPA based on experience and current salary.

Language: Gujarati – Read, Write & Speak fluently (Mandatory)

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Manager who can conduct and manage research activities across different communities, geographies, and demographics.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with social, economic, political, and government developments to support survey and research strategies.
• Conduct interactive Q&As and interviews with teachers, government employees, Sarpanch/Municipal Council members, doctors, retired citizens, social workers, and other community stakeholders.
• Manage data collection, compilation, validation, and analysis through tele-calling and field visits.
• Coordinate and monitor regional survey and field activities.
• Gather insights from different communities and demographics.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and other computer tools.
• Travel for field visits and surveys as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Gujarati communication – reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.
• Candidates from rural areas of Gujarat will be preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Primary Research, Data Analysis, Operations, Workforce Management, Sales, Business Development, Market Research, or Survey Operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Comfortable with tele calling, fieldwork, travel, and interacting with people from different backgrounds.
• Should be comfortable working on assignments related to political parties, NGOs, surveys, market research, government-related projects, and exit polls.
