Language: Gujarati - Read, write and spoke fluency is mandatory.
Age: Not more than 40 years
Qualification and Work Experience:
- Excellent communication and engaging skills with impeccable command/fluency in Gujarati Language (Natives from rural parts of Gujarat State will be preferred).
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Law/Economics/Statistics/Mass Communication/Science/Social Sciences/Social Work etc.
- Preferred Master's degree in any of the abovementioned disciplines.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Primary Research, Data Analysis, Operations, Workforce Management, Sales and Business Development roles will be considered preferentially.
- A decent knowledge of computers especially MS-Excel.

- Manage data collection, compilation and analysis.
