Role Description

The Regional Manager - North Zone for Parking & Repossession Services will oversee operations, drive performance, and implement growth strategies within their territory. Responsibilities will include managing the execution of parking and repossession services for NBFC, PSU & Private Banks, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and strategic decision-making to meet regional targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in operations and logistics, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
• Proven ability in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
• Detailed knowledge of compliance regulations and practices relevant to parking and repossession services
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in operations management roles within the automotive, logistics, or financial services industries would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
