Regional Manager/Manager - CSR Fundraising

Job description

The role involves driving collaboration and fundraising efforts to support the Annapoorna Morning Nutrition Programme by engaging with corporates, PSUs, and foundations.

Job location

Requirements at Mumbai (Priority), Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR funding strategies tailored to corporates, PSUs and foundations to achieve target set forth
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities by building a strong pipeline of leads PAN India
• Drafting grant applications, MoUs and fundraising proposals
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors, ensure regular updates and impact reports
• Organize donor visits, events, and engagement activities to enhance visibility of the Trust
• Represent the organization at CSR forums, networking events, and industry platforms across India to foster networking

Qualifications required

Education: Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate degree is an added advantage)

Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in fundraising in social/CSR sector

Salary

Fixed Salary: 50,000-1,00,000 per month

Variable Component: Target-based incentive
