Regional Manager - KCG

Key responsibilities

• Managing Top Institutional Clients in assigned Market and strengthening the
• relationship with the CFOs and Treasury Heads of Corporate.
• Building strong institutional book by offering product suite in line with the
• investment objective of these corporate.
• Endeavor to garner Assets upwards of 20% of the assets in the market.
• Groom and hand hold a team of RMs to deepen the existing relationship and new
• client acquisition from the market.
• Organize events for these institutional investors on regular basis to build on higher
• mind share and market share from these corporate.

Role Specific Competencies:

• Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.
• Product knowledge.
• Market knowledge / extensively networked.
• Key account management skills.
• Should have an eye for detail.
• Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp

• MBA with minimum 15 years of work experience.
• NISM certification compulsory.
