Job Description Summary
This role is to lead the large projects consisting of design & build & interior works. Ability to take charge and deliver. Advise and manage client on matters of schedule, cost, and quality assurance by ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.

About the Role:
- Pitch Stage Design Support
- Study and review RFP/client briefs.
- Conduct base build surveys and case study/industry benchmarking.
- Prepare test fit plans and concept ideation for pitch presentations.
- Deliver presentations with strong client engagement for design salability.
- Proficiency in presentation software preferred.
- Design Stage
- Develop designs including material boards and data sheets.
- Track design event schedules and coordinate services.
- Manage client approvals and maintain client relationships.
- Review and check drawings and detailing.
- Construction Stage
- Conduct onsite design reviews and coordination.
- Prepare onsite quality audit reports.
Supervisory Duties
- No formal supervisory responsibilities; may provide guidance and coordination support to design teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Strong communication and customer alignment skills; ability to present effectively to internal teams and large groups.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve advanced problems and manage complex situations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Other: Ability to prepare proposals and solutions for prospective customers.
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing.
Total Years of Experience
- 8+ years of experience in a similar field.
