Regional Head Branch Banking for South Mumbai Region.

Key Pointers

1. Experience 10 -12 years, out of which 5-7 years should be in Consumer Banking preferably branch management / Regional roles with min 10 - 12 branches

Job Description:

• Monitor Branch & Channel wise performance for the Region on business objectives and parameters.
• Review and take corrective action with the Branch Managers & Regional Channel Managers to ensure delivery of key objectives:

1. Distribution Expansion of all product suite

2. New to Bank customer acquisition

3. Activity Plans

4. Volume, Yield, Fees and Client engagement

• Review areas of opportunity in branches /channels and create plans to tap opportunities to deliver business objectives
• Hire, Monitor and Motivate team in the region to deliver planned KRAs.
• Manage attrition in the region within the assigned levels
• Customer Service Delivery & Operations management including:

1. Sales Management

2. Service Management

3. Transaction Management

4. Brand Management

5. Audit & Compliance
