Designation : Area Sales Manager

Role Summary
The Industrial Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for the engineering company. They develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, foster client relationships, and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify projects and influence site-level decisions; manage key sites for NPM and maintain control over own sites
- Act as a hunter and market scout
- Ensure 2550 regular business accounts per branch per month within the territory
- Identify running and upcoming projects
- Secure technical spec-ins and maintain relationships with all PMCs in the territory; conduct at least 10 PMC meetings per week
- Achieve financially profitable business revenue for each branch
- Ensure timely clearance of all payments, specifications of all products and cross-selling opportunities honored
- Maintain complete control over all sites
- Enable customers from key accounts to secure site mandates for using Y Group products and avoid delays in getting specifications done
Qualifications Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B constructionproject based sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety products and scaffolding systems will be an added advantage
