Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations within the assigned region, manage teams, and ensure business goals are achieved. Responsibilities include devising operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, aligning team efforts with company objectives, and driving sales growth. The role also involves building client relationships, troubleshooting operational challenges, and collaborating with various departments to improve efficiency and achieve targets.
