Job Description

Job Title: Regional Manager – APAC

Location: APAC Region (Remote / Regional HQ)

Reporting To: Global Sales Director / VP Sales

Role Overview:

The Regional Manager – APAC will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and expanding market presence across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves strategic planning, key account management, and leading regional sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across APAC markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Oversee regional sales team performance, hiring, and development
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance)
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
