Job Title: Regional Manager – APAC

Reporting To: Global Sales Director / VP Sales
Role Overview:
The Regional Manager – APAC will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and expanding market presence across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves strategic planning, key account management, and leading regional sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectives
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across APAC markets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners
- Oversee regional sales team performance, hiring, and development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance)
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
