Regional Logistics Manager

Regional Logistics Manager – FMCG / Beverage – 8-12 Years – Central/North Region

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations across the West region. This role involves managing C&F operations, warehouse management, secondary transportation, and ensuring high service levels, cost efficiency, and compliance in a high-volume FMCG environment.

Responsibilities –

1. Manage end-to-end C&F operations, warehouse management, and inventory control across the assigned region.
2. Oversee secondary transportation and distribution, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized route planning.
3. Lead and manage large teams and vendor partners including transporters and C&F agents.
4. Monitor and control logistics budgets while identifying cost optimization opportunities.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and operational SOPs.

Requirements –

1. 8–12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management.
2. Mandatory experience in FMCG (preferably beverage industry).
3. Strong exposure to secondary logistics, warehouse operations, and C&F management.
4. Proven experience in handling large teams and vendor ecosystems.
5. Strong knowledge of compliance, audits, and process-driven logistics operations.
