Role & Responsibilities
Job Description :-
- Scrutinizing Legal Scrutiny Report, Title Search Report and Vetting report for cases initiated and Vetting of Original Property Papers
- Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports and initiating individual cases to empanelled Advocate for Scrutiny.
- Liasoning with enforcement authorities and draft an appropriate response to the statutory notices served on the Company in coordination with H.O.
- Initiating legal proceedings against the delinquent customer.
- Handling customers grievances / notices to resolve the dispute and ensuring proper replies within time frame.
Conducting of Training to various stakeholders on execution of documents from time to time.
