Regional Lead West Operation and Expansion
Krispy Kreme is looking for a high-impact Zonal Head West to lead operations, regional performance, and strategic expansion across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat.
This is a leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across stores while identifying and enabling the right growth opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations Leadership
- Lead end-to-end operations across the West region, ensuring strong execution of brand and operational standards.
- Drive store performance, operational discipline, and customer experience excellence across all locations.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including sales growth, store productivity, cost control, and profitability.
- Ensure strong compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, and operational processes.
Business Performance & Regional Growth
- Own the overall business performance of the West zone including revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify market opportunities and high-potential locations to support regional growth plans.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support strategic expansion initiatives in the region.
Store Expansion Enablement
- Work closely with real estate, developers, and mall partners to enable successful store expansion.
- Provide strong operational inputs during site selection, store setup, and new store launches.
- Ensure seamless operational readiness for new store openings across the region.
Stakeholder & Market Management
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management teams, and developers in key markets.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive regional success.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 1015 years of experience in QSR, caf chains, or retail food operations.
- Proven track record in driving store performance and operational scale in high-growth environments.
- Strong familiarity with West India markets Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat.
- Understanding of retail real estate ecosystem, mall developers, and high-street opportunities in the region.
