Regional Lead, Sales Enablement
Job Summary
Drive regional revenue growth and market share of Company products into the corporate & government sectors by optimizing country strategies, scaling best practices and processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Regional Strategy & Growth
- Develop regional GTM plans for corporate/govt sectors, aligning country directions with the regional business units objectives
- Lead market expansion into identified territories and market segments within the corporate and government space
- Build and expand a healthy sales pipeline
- Identify cross-market opportunities
- Establish and oversee the revenue and other KPI target setting and achievement of all country's Corporate and Government sales departments
- Conduct the monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews/ PDCAs to monitor the achievement of the set KPIs in all countries
- Cross-Country Sales Excellence and Enablement
- Develop and harmonize into all countries a shared playbook for each key segment identified
- Facilitate best-practice exchange regionwide
- Standardize CRM usage and sales methodologies across countries
- Leadership & Talent Development
- Mentor the country Corporate & Government Department Heads through 1:1 coaching and skill-gap programs
- Build succession pipelines within the countries
- Partner with the business units to enable understanding of Corporate & Government needs for products and solutions
- Partner with regional support functions to ensure a more productive and compliant sales operations

- Experience: 10+ years in B2B hardware sales, 5+ years leading multi-country teams in Southeast Asia (Corporate and Govt focus)
- Track Record: Grew regional revenue by 25% in prior role managed a team with annual sales of $150M
- Knowledge: Deep expertise in public sector procurement, enterprise hardware trends, and channel management
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business equivalent
