About the Company

The Regional Head of Agency Relationship and Trade Marketing is a senior responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening strategic partnerships with media agencies in the region. It plays a critical role in championing product evangelization, generating high-quality briefs and enabling solution-led conversations with agency partners ensuring BCCL's products, innovations, and integrated solutions are effectively positioned and promoted across regional agency networks.

About the Role

The Regional Head of Agency Relationship and Trade Marketing is a senior responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening strategic partnerships with media agencies in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Agency Revenue Delivery: Own & drive regional agency revenue & business KPI delivery in collaboration with the regional sales and function heads.
  • Stakeholder Mapping & Sales Enablement: Develop & maintain detailed stakeholder mapping for each agency to improve access, engagement, and influence.
  • Build Strong Regional Relationships: Develop & leverage existing ties with regional media agencies to foster a relationship-based organization and drive regional revenue growth.
  • Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted trade marketing plans to drive adoption of BCCL offerings & generate business opportunities.
  • Agency Activations: Plan and execute regional roadshows, workshops, and partner activations to enhance engagement and print media advocacy.
  • Briefs & Conversion Management: Connect with agency stakeholders to generate high-quality business briefs & track funnel metrics to optimize conversion.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead trade marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Ensure seamless internal coordination between sales, solutions, commercial and agency teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

12+ years in agency client servicing or media sales roles, with proven experience in print media or related industries.

Required Skills
