Regional Language Telecallers | Digital Lead Qualification Process | VQualify (Mumbai)

VQualify is an auto-fintech company helping customers purchase new 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicles—with or without loans—from nearby OEM-authorised dealers.

We are building the Unified Auto-Commerce Infrastructure for India—a powerful, API-driven platform that connects OEMs, dealers, lenders, and customers to transform how vehicles are discovered, financed, and owned in India.

Role Description

We are looking for Regional Language Telecallers based in Mumbai to handle lead qualification for vehicle purchase inquiries.

You will be the first point of contact for customers—understanding their requirements, validating leads, and guiding them toward the right vehicle and financing options.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound and outbound leads via calls
• Understand customer requirements (vehicle type, budget, loan needs, etc.)
• Qualify and verify leads for further processing
• Provide accurate information and guide customers in their buying journey
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
• Work closely with internal teams to improve lead conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in any one regional language:

Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam / Gujarati

• Basic proficiency in Hindi (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)

Preffered

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or BPO
• Exposure to auto, fintech, or BFSI industry
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
