Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving outbound sales efforts by proactively engaging potential customers through phone-based communication.

This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting tailored product or service solutions, and closing sales to contribute to revenue growth. The position requires a persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, dedicated to delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.

Accountability & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or marketing-generated leads

• Understand customer needs and qualify leads to pitch appropriate products or services

• Address objections and convert cold/warm leads into confirmed sales or scheduled follow-ups

• Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or messaging platforms

• Maintain high service standards throughout the sales journey to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Stay updated on product features, promotions, industry trends, and competitor offerings

• Cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities

Language Required - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam

Position Requirement

Educational Background

• Any Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales

• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools

• Exposure to B2C or B2B telesales in industries such as telecom, finance, SaaS, or insurance is preferred

Technical / Industry Skills

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with high self-motivation and resilience

Work Environment & Schedule

• Full-time, on-site role

• Shift-based or fixed schedule depending on business requirements

• May require weekend availability based on campaign needs
