Looking for an Regional Key Account Manager (AM), Modern Trade, who would be operating from Mumbai and to overlook entire western regions.
About the Role:
To ensure smooth working of all the front-end operations related to MT accounts and relationship management in order to generate and generate business revenue.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Key Accounts of west that would help in generating business to the company
- Acting as the Main point of contact between Key Accounts and Internal teams
- Developing a thorough understanding of Key Accounts needs and requirements
- Compiling reports on Accounts Progress, Goals and forecasting for Key Accounts
- Review sales Plan and Activities on a frequent basis
- Pricing and Promo communication to the Key Accounts as per timelines
- Need to train the Instore promoters /merchandisers in terms of Proper Visibility execution and Importance of Promo communication
- Achieve Monthly Value & Category wise targets
- Increase penetration through New Product Launch in key Accounts
- Acquiring New Accounts
- Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely Manner
- Need to align with the supply chain for supply as per the scheduled time.
- Need to have the right forecast for the set of key Accounts to ensure good fill rates.
- To Ensure timely Reconciliation with Accounts and collect payments as per the TOT terms
- Resolve any Issues and problems faced by Key Accounts.
Qualifications
Graduation: Any specialization
- Post-Graduation (Must have) : PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
Must have: 6+ years of experience of handling the key accounts in a FMCG company.
Required Skills
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Experience in Modern Trade.
- Experience in the western region
