Your role

Are you interested in launching your treasury career in a regional liquidity, funding and capital role Do you want to collaborate with experienced treasury teams across APAC on analysis, reporting and governance Would you like to use data and insights to shape key financial and regulatory decisions

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile person to:

  • monitor key regulatory & internally L&F and Capital metrics, propose management actions and ensure timely reporting;
  • provide liquidity stress test forecast for APAC Branches and provide analytics on key drivers;
  • support APAC Treasurer and Location Treasurers across APAC region to prepare governance materials and ad hoc analysis and/or presentations;
  • monitor high-quality liquid asset portfolios to be in line with regulatory and internal liquidity requirements, including minimum risk appetite requirements;
  • support Location Treasurers and coordinate funding flows with Funding Management team to keep liquidity buffers within internal management risk appetite;
  • support Regional Treasury team during liquidity stress, providing updated information to support APAC or Location Treasury Taskforce;
  • track APAC subsidiaries capital footprint and dividend payout, monitor and track dividend payout vs strategic plans, as well as provide analysis on deviations;
  • provide periodic updates on Subsidiary financial return metrics; provide management insights on key capital requests / developments and track capital optimization initiatives;
  • collaborate with Reporting & Analytics Services (RAS) teams on daily and month-end Treasury reporting requirements;
  • contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives related to Liquidity & Funding (L&F) and Capital management.

Your team

You will join our APAC Treasury team, based in India. You will work closely with APAC Regional Treasurers to manage the Liquidity & Funding (L&F) and Capital responsibilities.

Your expertise

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in treasury or funding operations (preferred);
  • strong understanding of treasury products, capital and liquidity regulations and concepts;
  • excellent communication and coordination skills across cross border teams;
  • ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive requests.

Preferred attributes:

  • experience and familiarity with balance sheet and inter-connectedness with regulatory L&F requirements;
  • strong data handling and technical IT skills;
  • strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
