Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Inventory Merchandiser - East India, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing inventory and stock levels across the East India region, ensuring seamless operations and fulfilling the needs of retail outlets and partners (FOFO - EBOs). Responsibilities include analysing stock performance, coordinating orders, and implementing effective merchandising strategies to meet sales objectives. The Regional Inventory Merchandiser will work closely with the sales, marketing, and retail teams to maintain product availability and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to effectively manage inventory and understand market trends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage stock levels and optimize merchandise distribution
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel within the East India region as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in retail or inventory management, especially within the jewellery industry, is an advantage
