Job Description :

Oversee overall IT infrastructure operations including Network, Servers, Storage, Cloud, Security, Firewall, LAN & WAN, CCTV, Alarm & Burglar systems.

Manage and support L1 & L2 IT operations and end-user support activities.

Define IT infrastructure strategy, roadmap, architecture standards, and technology policies.

Ensure high availability, performance optimization, capacity planning, and cost control of IT systems.

Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes for smooth IT operations.

Manage vendors, procurement approvals, AMCs, licensing, and contract reviews.

Monitor and maintain Firewall security, CCTV surveillance, and physical security systems.

Ensure LAN/WAN connectivity, network security, and remote site infrastructure support.

Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain business continuity, backup, disaster recovery, and risk management processes.
