Key Responsibilities:

Systems Implementation and Maintenance:
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications, network systems, and IT equipment to ensure smooth system performance.
Budget and Resource Planning:
Manage the IT department's budget and allocate resources effectively to support technology initiatives and maintain operational efficiency.
IT Security and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to IT security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory compliance to safeguard organizational information and systems.
Vendor and Service Management:
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, monitor service level agreements, and ensure timely delivery of services and support.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

IT Team Leadership:
