Regional IT manager

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy Development:

Develop and implement IT strategies and operational goals that align with the organization's overall objectives and support long-term technological growth.

IT Infrastructure Management:

Ensure the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems, remains reliable, secure, and scalable to meet operational requirements.

Systems Implementation and Maintenance:

Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications, network systems, and IT equipment to ensure smooth system performance.

Budget and Resource Planning:

Manage the IT department's budget and allocate resources effectively to support technology initiatives and maintain operational efficiency.

IT Security and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to IT security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory compliance to safeguard organizational information and systems.

Vendor and Service Management:

Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, monitor service level agreements, and ensure timely delivery of services and support.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical assistance and support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of IT issues across departments.

IT Team Leadership:

Supervise IT staff, including recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluations to ensure a productive and efficient IT team.

Cross-Department Coordination:
