Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Assam, India, for a Regional IT Executive / Senior Executive at Midland Microfin Ltd. The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing regional IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and performing network administration tasks. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, assist in implementing IT policies, and collaborate with team members to maintain optimal system performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Expertise in Network Administration and Information Technology principles
- Experience in managing IT Operations in an organizational setting
- Ability to efficiently coordinate with teams and resolve system-related issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard IT practices, security protocols, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in financial or microfinance sectors is an added advantage
