Your role and responsibilities

In this role, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary IS Manager to drive strategic execution and innovation across our global Information Systems landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape technology roadmaps, optimize service delivery, and foster cross-functional collaboration to unlock business value.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Global & preferred location is India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Define and implement an organizational structure that supports business strategy and aligns with ABB's global goals.
• Develop and communicate the IS strategy, including policies, standards, and procedures for your area of responsibility.
• Lead the delivery of capabilities and enhancements through technology roadmaps that align with emerging solutions.
• Establish and manage analytics capabilities to generate insights, create value, and drive decision-making.
• Set and monitor global KPIs, ensuring performance is regularly reported and audited.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 5 years experience in leading cross-functional IS teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong expertise in systems development, IT management, and service and operations management.
• Solid understanding of data analytics, risk management, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and business analysis to drive technology-enabled transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring senior professionals.
