Regional HR Business Partner Middle East & Africa (MEA)

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our growing footprint across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing cross-country HR operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagementall while working virtually with global teams.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across MEA
- Drive end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle, and governance
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple countries
- Coordinate with local PRO/GRO partners for licenses, visas, and legal requirements
- Manage virtual stakeholder relationships across geographies with minimal travel
- Support and drive talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering across multiple geographies (4-6 years)
- Good understanding of international HR compliance and labor frameworks (MEA exposure preferred)
- Ability to work independently and influence remotely
- High ownership, agility, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience collaborating with external compliance/immigration partners
