Our client is a multinational manufacturing organisation with operations across Asia Pacific. The role will oversee HR, Administration, and Facilities functions across 9 regional entities and partner closely with business leaders to support organisational growth and workforce management.
Job Scope:
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with business objectives and regional requirements.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people strategies.
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations across multiple countries.
- Design and review compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and employee retention.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters and people management challenges.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters where required.
- Represent the organisation in HR-related discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee administration and facilities management activities across regional entities.
- Ensure facilities comply with safety standards, regulations, and operational requirements.
- Manage vendors and service providers supporting facilities operations.
- Drive learning and development programmes to support organisational capability building.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of HR Generalist experience within a multinational environment.
- Experience supporting a workforce of at least 500 employees.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations across the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience managing regional HR initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
- Prior experience overseeing administration and facilities functions would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP and Prosoft would be beneficial.
