Job Description: HR Associate- West

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team in the consumer products division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent through job portals, consultants, and field manager networks.
• Manage and support business partnering initiaves region wise.
• Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and in alignment with business needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective Business Units (BU).
• Facilitate smooth interview processes and negotiate salaries to remain competitive as per industry standards.
• Send through details for verification of necessary documents from selected candidates.
• Collaborate with process and operations teams to complete onboarding formalities.
• Introduce new employees to HR policies, leave structures, and organizational terms.
• Handle resignation processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Collaborate with BUs to oversee periodic performance evaluations and provide feedback mechanisms.
• Schedule promotion interviews for field employees.
• Collect managers internal evaluation sheets and HR evaluation sheets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
