Job Purpose
Build Trade-Fx business thourgh branch banking team and ensure service delivery / TAT. Work with various stack holders in branches to take the business to the next level. Ensure complaince & polcieis are adhred at all the times
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build Trade and forex business for the zone with the help of branches and ensure Tfx targets for the zone are met
- Ensure customer services via better TAT & FTR
- Ensure trade compliances, AML, KYC and MTM monitoring
- Ensure minimum attrition of customers
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
Ensure team of Trade counsellors and Trade desk officers are provided enough support and inroads to deliver the desired results for their mapped branches
