Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the Supply Chain Finance business across the North region, ensuring achievement of business, revenue, and portfolio growth objectives
- Build, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, ensuring productivity, capability enhancement, and achievement of business goals
- Develop and execute regional business strategies focused on customer acquisition, market penetration, and sustainable growth
- Leverage strong expertise in Supply Chain Finance solutions to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and deliver customized financing solutions to clients
- Achieve portfolio growth through acquisition of new customers while maintaining profitability through effective pricing, deal structuring, fee income generation, and interest income enhancement
- Oversee program implementation, documentation, disbursement processes, and provide regular training and handholding support to team members
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, anchor corporates, channel partners, and other stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards while conducting business activities.
- Uphold and demonstrate the Company's values, code of conduct, and governance standards in all aspects of business operations.
