We're looking for an experienced Regional Head, Student Recruitment (Multi-Division Agent Channel) to lead our agent network across West, Central & East India, representing multiple Navitas divisions.
This is a strategic and relationship-driven leadership role focused on building high-performing agent partnerships, improving recruitment quality, and driving measurable ROI across the region.
What you'll do:
- Lead and execute the multi-division agent channel strategy for your region.
- Strengthen relationships with top-tier agency owners and networks.
- Drive forecasting, data accuracy, and pipeline growth across all divisions.
- Oversee regional co-marketing, events, and budgets to ensure strong ROI.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to guide strategy.
What you'll bring:
- 7-10 years experience in international education or channel management.
- Proven ability to lead agent strategies across multiple products or markets.
- Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Regional travel readiness and a deep understanding of the North & Northeast India market.
