Key Responsibilities:
Channel & Sales Management:
- Achieve sales targets by managing relationships with IFAs and key partners
- Build and expand mutual fund distribution networks including Institutions, PSU Banks, Private Banks, ND, and IFAs
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and corporate partners to drive growth
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the sales and sales support team for the assigned channel
- Drive strategic sales planning, monitoring, and target achievement
Market & Strategy:
- Plan and implement marketing strategies for mutual fund products based on market and industry analysis
- Influence decision-making at senior levels of partner organizations
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to product and service development
