Job Title – Regional Head of Sales
Role Overview
We are looking for someone with 20+ years in IT or digital engineering services who has managed global sales and account organizations at a mid-to-large services companies A leader who has handled a sizeable global or multi-region accounts, has grown a US-centric client from India, and has personally driven and expanded across multiple towers. Now ready to own the full global growth mandate for a fast-scaling, AI-led firm.
What matters most is demonstrated mastery to have owned and consistently delivered. You are credible selling across product, Data & AI, Cloud, and MSP — increasingly with AI transformation as the growth vector — and you have built and led revenue organizations across the US, APAC, and India, with the commercial and cultural range each market demands.
RequirementsThe role is responsible for managing a portfolio of Global Accounts (Top 300 large enterprise customers) characterized by multi-country footprints and HQ-led decision-making structures.
This position will lead account strategy and execution predominantly in the US region, ensuring alignment across business in India. The role operates as a full PL owner for assigned accounts, with a primary focus on driving growth through retention and expansion of existing customers.
Farming. The larger part of the mandate is protecting and expanding the accounts we already have. The client grows through land-and-expand, and your job is to make that motion repeatable — deepening relationships and turning single-tower engagements into multi-tower, multi-year ones across product, Data & AI, Cloud, and MSP. This is how our client compounds revenue, and you lead the account management team that owns it.
Hunting. Alongside expansion, you drive new-logo acquisition and new-opportunity creation across every geography and tower — leading the business development team that builds a qualified pipeline and bringing executive weight to close the most strategic pursuits.
The organization. Today, our account teams are spread across the US and India but operate without a shared strategy. You bring them together into one cohesive, cross-region revenue organization — account managers and business development managers under a single operating rhythm — with the structure, incentives, and territory design that make growth repeatable across three regions.
Governance and partnership. Because the role is co-located in Pune with our leadership and India-based Service Delivery heads, you work shoulder-to-shoulder with delivery to govern account health, convert relationships into expansion opportunities, and keep growth aligned with capacity. You partner closely with the Head of Marketing to align demand to the growth plan, and you are the credible senior presence in front of clients on the largest accounts.
Preferred qualifications
Track record at an IT services, digital engineering, or consulting firm with a global enterprise client base.
Experience growing a US-centric revenue base from an India / offshore operating model.
Exposure to AI-led transformation services as a growth vector is a strong plus.
