As a Regional Head – Orthotic Division, you will drive regional sales growth and expand our market presence across GT, MT, and channel sales. Beyond achieving targets, you will build strong distributor networks, identify new business opportunities, and lead high-performing sales teams to strengthen brand visibility and revenue performance. Your role will be pivotal in accelerating growth and establishing a strong foothold in the healthcare and orthotic segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth Leadership
• Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the Orthotic Division.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize performance.
Market & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
• Strengthen market penetration and enhance brand visibility.
Distribution & Channel Management
• Manage and expand distributor networks to ensure optimal product availability.
• Drive sales across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Institutional channels.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Build a performance-driven and accountable team of culture.
Reporting & Analysis
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights to management.
What We're Looking For:
• 8–10 years of experience in FMCG, OTC, or Surgical Sales with a strong track record in sales and territory management.
• Prior experience in healthcare, orthotic, surgical, or lifestyle product segments preferred.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
• Hands-on experience in managing General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Institutional Sales channels.
• Strong understanding of distribution models to maximize product reach, availability, and market penetration.
