Job Description

The Head of Procurement is responsible for leading the organization's regional procurement strategy to ensure cost efficiency, supply continuity, quality, and risk management. This role drives strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and procurement governance in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute procurement strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
  • Build and manage key supplier relationships and performance
  • Drive cost optimization, value creation, and risk mitigation
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to support business needs
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
  • Lead and develop the procurement team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of procurement experience with leadership exposure
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management
