• Good command over insurance products, good at insurance sales can work on HNI cases with advisors.
• Responsible to drive & produce MDRT advisors in the region
• Having excellent communication skill, can stand & deliver the content to audience (MDRT road show, can conduct manger & advisor session in different offices)
• Proficiency in stake holder management (deal with Regional manager / Office head) sharing the business opportunities
• Having knowledge of concept selling in insurance field (business insurance, MWPA, HUF etc)
• Can travel extensively across the major locations of Rajasthan
